Customer satisfaction is important to us, which is why we offer a product exchange service under the following conditions:
First: Exchange Period
The product can be exchanged within 14 days from the date of purchase.
If the product has a manufacturing defect, an exchange is possible within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Second: Exchange Conditions
- The product must be in its original condition, unused, and include all tags and accompanying accessories.
- A purchase receipt or other proof of purchase must be provided.
- If the defect is due to misuse, the exchange request will not be accepted.
Third: Exchange Methods
The exchange can be made at any of our stores or through customer service.
If the exchange is made by shipping the product, the customer is responsible for the delivery costs, unless the reason is a manufacturing defect.
Fourth: Receiving the Replacement Product
The replacement product will be delivered after the returned product has been inspected.
If the same product is not available, the customer may choose another product of equivalent value or pay the price difference.
